Throughout my high school career, I've learned a lot about myself . I've always known myself to be a people's person, but high school definitely brought that out in me a lot more. With doing group work and constantly having class presentations, I was able to slowly discover what I wanted to do in the future.
Not going to lie, my four years at Galileo has been full of challenges. My easiest year would have to be Junior year. I had great teachers and easy work, but senior was definitely a struggle. I decided to challenge myself by taking AP Calculus this year. Although it was difficult and painful with always taking retakes after school, I can gladly say that I made it out alive. |
My choice of joining AoHT was worth it. Not only did I get to learn a lot about the business area I plan on majoring in college, but I also got to make friends that are more like a family to me now. My favorite part of this year would have to be all the field trips we took together to Alcatraz and Muir Woods. We got to learn more about the tourism part of this pathway while enjoying our day out of school. Being there with people that I am close with made it ten times better too!

As I have said before, I will be attending SFSU in the coming fall semester. I plan on majoring in business specifically in Human Resources. I feel like AoHT has prepared me well enough to know what to expect in this field and how to better prepare myself.
